Campaigns
Create and track outbound sequences. Metrics roll up from CRM sends, opens, replies, bounces, and outcomes — not from InboxKit. Enqueue with campaignId on POST /api/queue.

How metrics fill in
- Total leads — members of the campaign (
campaign_leads). - Sent / Contacted / Opens — from
sent_emailswith this campaign_id; opens via tracking pixel. - Replies / Interested — lead status / outcomes after IMAP poll or inbox tagging.
- Bounces / Unsubs — bounce_log and suppressions for campaign lead emails.
- InboxKit is infrastructure only — this grid is the CRM system of record.
